As Chief Product Officer at Etrading Software, Andy will lead product & data strategy, partnerships and distribution across all of its market data products and services.
As Etrading Software (ETS) enters the next phase of its growth, product is central to its strategy. In his new role as Chief Product Officer, Andy Rogers will lead the company’s product direction as it expands its market data products and infrastructure globally.
Following the launch of ETS Connect Plus, the go-live of the UK bond Consolidated Tape and the recent award of the EU OTC derivatives tape (for which Etrading Software is providing the technology and operations), Andy will lead ETS's product strategy as the company builds on its established market infrastructure capabilities to expand its commercial data products, services and distribution.
Sassan Danesh, CEO of Etrading Software, said: “Following the launch of the UK bond tape, we are increasingly focused on expanding our data products and services to meet our clients’ needs. Since joining us in 2024, Andy has shaped our data strategy. He understands how we operate and how our clients buy data. I am delighted that he is taking on the role of Chief Product Officer.”
Andy Rogers, Chief Product Officer at Etrading Software, said: “A year ago, the question in post-trade transparency was whether consolidated tapes would actually arrive on time. It did for the UK bond CT in June, and in July ETS, via Transparent Markets Europe (TME), won a mandate for the EU OTC derivatives tape. The question now is adoption: who consumes them, through which channels, and what gets built on top. I’m pleased to be taking on the role of Chief Product Officer at Etrading Software to focus on exactly that, across the tapes and our proprietary data services.”
The appointment reinforces ETS’s commitment to strengthening its data capabilities and services across its business lines.
Andy joined ETS in 2024 as a strategic advisor to the executive team, supporting data strategy, partnerships and commercial execution. In March 2026 he was appointed Chief Data Strategy Officer, with a remit to expand ETS’s strategic partnerships.
Before ETS, Andy held senior roles as Managing Director at IHS Markit and S&P Global, working closely with strategic accounts and the fintech ecosystem. He has extensive experience in pricing, valuations and reference data, and a strong track record of scaling global commercial teams and executing distribution strategies. He was previously Chief Revenue Officer at PEER DATA Inc.
